2 tbsp hemp protein powder (fine to omit, or use alternative low/no sugar protein powder)
1½ cups of water
8 ice cubes (unless bananas are frozen, and then omit)
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Blend in a powerful blender like a Vita-Mix and serve! Best to eat right away. As fruit sits exposed to air it oxidizes and looses some of its beneficial nutrients.
