Maple Granola

- 4 cups of oats (certified gluten free if needed)
- ½ cup of maple syrup
- 1½ tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cardamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 275
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Place on cookie sheet
- Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes
- Stores great in jars
Potassium: 188 mg, 10% iron. ¼ cup is a typical serving for me. I usually use about ¼ cup for the morning and add fruit and some almond milk.
