Chicken With Cranberry Sauce & Dried Cherries

Using fresh made cranberry sauce to spice up chicken thighs for dinner
Ingredients
  • 1.3 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts (we use thighs because they are so much more tender and flavorful)
  • 1 cup of Cranberry Sauce With Dried Cherries
  • Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Place chicken in a oven safe pan and cover with cranberry sauce
  3. Roast for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees
  4. Serve with a salad and some
  5. roasted squash
  6. or baked sweet potato (skip the butter)-presto!
