- 2 bananas
- 2 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 mango, peeled and cored
- 1 cup pineapple
- 2 tbsp hemp protein powder (fine to omit, or use alternative low/no sugar protein powder)
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 8 ice cubes (unless bananas are frozen, and then omit)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
