Ginger Miso Dressing

May 31, 2014 By Garden Fresh Foodie

Ginger Miso DressingYummy yummy! You’ll want to add this to everything! It’s great on top of salad, use it to snazz up your quinoa or rice, marinade tofu, chicken, or fish in it. Wow! What’s better, it’s sooooo easy to make and has no fat or gross additives found in commercial sauces. No thickening agents, no added sugars, nothing but good clean yum.

We used it to marinate shish kebabs. We poured it on top of the veggies and tofu for 3 hours (or overnight, as that’s what the left-overs that didn’t get grilled are doing right now). It’s also great as a combination with stir fry. Marinate some tofu bake or add to a stir fry, like the on below and serve on top of noodles or portobello mushrooms.Marinated Portobellos Topped With Ginger Tofu Stir Fry
